PRB – JOLIPESTAL_15 – Congratulations to Coulter as they win and Pull Ahead In Standings
30/01/15 – AH The annual JOLIPESTAL competition took place on Friday 30 January and 5 sheets of ice were booked for each session (involving 10 curling clubs). All clubs belonging to the Biggar & Upperward Province together with East Kilbride & Haremyres and New Monklands CC’s enjoyed another competitive contest.
The President, Mrs Anne Hood, welcomed all the clubs and thanked them for continuing to support this competition.
During the first session all games were close in their scoring except for Coulter CC who took a dominant lead over Lesmahagow Ladies CC. The second session saw all clubs remaining close in their games with only 2 clubs gaining +5 over their rivals.
The final score:
1st – Coulter CC +12 shots well done and now pulling ahead of Lanark CC in the STANDINGS.
