Notice is hereby given that the 184th Annual General Meeting of the Royal Caledonian Curling Club will take place at Curl Edinburgh, 13A Riverside Crescent, Edinburgh EH12 5XN on Saturday 20th August 2022 at 2pm.
Full details of the business of the AGM including the Agenda, Annual Accounts and Special Resolutions are available on our website here. We will be offering members the chance to hear from the board, ask questions, and discuss the agenda items ahead of the AGM in three membership webinars. The webinars will be held at 6pm on the following dates (click on the date to register to attend):

Online voting will open through our membership database by Monday 1st August 2022. Simply log in to your account and you will be presented with the online voting form. Please note that if you share an email address only the person marked as the “primary user” will be able to vote online (one vote per email address). We therefore ask you to register another email address. Please email office@scottishcurling.org or your Club Secretary/Administrator if you need assistance.
Online and postal voting closes at 2pm on Thursday 18th August 2022
Only members aged 18 or over who pay a full subscription (that is, Ordinary Members, Honorary (Playing) Members, and Junior Members aged 18 and over), are entitled to vote as defined in Article 2.2. and Bye-Law 3.1 of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Bye Laws. Eligible members can vote through our membership database, in person at the AGM, or by completing a paper proxy voting form (sent to those we do not hold an email address for).
Following the success of the virtual AGMs we held in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID-19 we are delighted to offer a live stream of the AGM this year. Members who would like to watch the proceedings live need to pre-register by 2pm on Friday 19th August 2022 to receive a secure link and password to join. Click here to register.
